I'm so excited to bring Embodied Flow to Hong Kong. It's a continuum of movement and expression that integrates a deep awareness of the body's capacity to move, and allows for a profound knowledge of our subtleties in movement, breath, energy and sensation.
This series of laboratory style classes will take place on Wednesdays in April and May, with an experimental focus on the intersection between yoga, movement, dance and meditation. We will dive into an experiential awareness of the bandhas, pathways of weight through bones, exploring the organs, breathwork, choreographing yoga as dance, range of motion in asana and constantly remaining curious about the inner experience.
Montreal AcroYoga is one of the oldest and perhaps the most unique styles of AcroYoga, fusing dance, yoga and acrobatics along with connection and present moment awareness.
